          <h1>Quorum requirements ensure committee meetings proceed; adjournment to next day if lacking quorum and adjourned meetings valid.</h1> A meeting is quorate if members representing at least thirty three percent of the voting share attend in person or via audio-visual means; the committee may modify that percentage for future meetings. If a meeting cannot be held for want of quorum it automatically stands adjourned to the same time and place on the next day unless previously decided otherwise, and the adjourned meeting is quorate with the members attending.
