          <h1>Declarations in pre-pack insolvency: use Form P6 for clause (f) of section 54A and Form P7 for clause (c).</h1> The regulation prescribes that the declaration under clause (f) of sub section (2) of section 54A is to be made in Form P6, and the declaration under clause (c) of sub section (3) of section 54C is to be made in Form P7, thereby specifying the required documentary format for those declarations under the Pre packaged Insolvency Resolution Process Regulations.
