Access to books: resolution professionals may inspect corporate debtor records held with stakeholders to discharge statutory duties. The regulation authorises the resolution professional to obtain and inspect the corporate debtor's books of account, records, and other documents relevant to performing duties under the insolvency framework, including materials held by members, promoters, partners, directors and joint venture partners; professionals and advisors; depositories of securities; asset registries; and contractual counterparties.
