Meetings and communication rule allows physical, electronic or hybrid meetings and mandates electronic communications wherever practicable. Regulation 3 permits required meetings to be held physically, electronically, or in combination, and directs that all communications required under the Regulations be made by electronic means as far as possible, establishing a default preference for digital communication and flexible meeting modalities in the Pre packaged Insolvency Resolution Process.
