of <h1>Operational Creditors to Form Committee When All Financial Creditors Are Related Parties Under New Rule</h1> In cases where a corporate debtor lacks financial debt or all financial creditors are related parties, the committee of creditors will consist of operational creditors not related to the debtor. This includes the ten largest operational creditors by value, or all operational creditors if fewer than ten exist, along with one representative each for workmen and employees not already included. Members have voting rights proportional to their owed debt relative to the total debt, which includes amounts due to listed creditors, workmen, and employees. Such committees possess the same rights and obligations as those with financial creditors.
