of <h1>Rule 11: Disqualification for Investor Education Fund Positions if Married with a Living Spouse, Exemptions Possible by Government.</h1> Rule 11 of the Companies Law concerning the recruitment and terms of service for specific positions within the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority disqualifies individuals from appointment if they have entered into a marriage with someone who already has a living spouse or if they themselves have a living spouse and have contracted another marriage. However, the Central Government may exempt individuals from this disqualification if such marriages are permissible under their personal law and other justifying grounds exist.
