<h1>Three-year deputation limit for below level-11 posts and under-56 age cap, DoPT rules extended to IEPFA staff</h1> The period of deputation for posts below level 11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700), inclusive of any immediately preceding deputation in another ex-cadre post in the same or another Central Government organisation or department, is prescribed as three years from the commencement of deputation, with permissible extension in accordance with applicable DoPT instructions. Eligibility for deputation is restricted to applicants who have not attained fifty-six years of age as on the last date for receipt of applications, and DoPT deputation instructions are made applicable to officers and staff serving on deputation basis to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
