They were enacted under the authority of the Companies Act 2013, specifically sections 125 and 469. These rules govern the recruitment, salary, and service conditions for specified positions within the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority and became effective upon their publication in the Official Gazette on August 21, 2018.
