of <h1>Deputation hiring for specified IEPFA posts must follow advertised applications and selection by the prescribed Selection Committee</h1> Appointments on deputation to posts specified in the Schedule are prescribed to be made through an application-and-selection procedure. IEPFA must invite applications for deputation to the posts of Deputy General Manager, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Secretariat Assistant. Applications received must be evaluated by a Selection Committee constituted in accordance with the composition specified in column 12 of the Schedule, thereby making deputation appointments conditional upon invitation of applications and assessment by the prescribed committee.
