Obligation of venture capital fund to produce documents and cooperate with inspections, including oath examinations and document copying. Every officer of a Venture Capital Fund and any associate person holding relevant information must produce books, accounts and other documents and furnish statements and information to the Inspecting or Investigating Officer, and must give assistance and cooperation. The Inspecting or Investigating Officer has power to examine persons on oath, record statements, and obtain authenticated copies of documents, books and accounts from any person having custody or control of them.
