Sanctions for violations: regulatory Board empowered to address insider trading contraventions under statutory authority. Any contravention of these Regulations is within the enforcement competence of the Board and will be addressed under the Board's statutory powers conferred by the relevant Act, so that supervisory, investigatory and enforcement responses to breaches follow the procedures and authorities set out in that Act.
