          <h1>Payment for export: restrictions on alternative payment modes and delays; RBI or authorised dealer permission required for deviations.</h1> Regulation 13 restricts any action that results in payment for exported goods or software being made otherwise than in the specified manner, delayed beyond the specified period, or yielding proceeds short of the full export value except for deductions allowed by the Reserve Bank or an authorised dealer under the Reserve Bank's directions, and bars initiating proceedings for contravention until the specified period has expired and payment as required has not been received.
