Export document submission: exporters must submit records within the prescribed period, with authorised dealer discretion for delays. Exporters must submit export documents to the authorised dealer named in the declaration within 21 days from export or certification of the SOFTEX form; the authorised dealer may, subject to Reserve Bank directions, accept late submissions when delays arise from circumstances beyond the exporter's control.
