Declaration of financial or other interest: Chairperson and Members must file Form-III confirming absence of prejudicial interests. On appointment as Chairperson or Member, every appointee must furnish a declaration in Form-III to the satisfaction of the Central Government affirming that he does not have any financial or other interest likely to affect prejudicially his functions.
