National Company Law Appellate Tribunal salaries and service terms set by rule; remuneration and commencement fixed by notification.
The Central Government prescribes rules governing salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service for the Chairperson and other members of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, made under powers conferred by the Companies Act. The rules establish the remuneration framework and service conditions for tribunal office-holders and provide that the rules come into force on publication in the Official Gazette. The instrument is a statutory notification that operationalises pay and service standards for tribunal members and fixes commencement by gazette notification, without altering appointment or substantive jurisdictional provisions.
