<h1>Chairperson and Members of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Must Take Oath Under Rule 16 Before Duty</h1> Every individual appointed as the Chairperson or a Member of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal must take and subscribe to an oath of office and secrecy before assuming their duties. This requirement is outlined in Rule 16 of the Companies Law under the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2015. The oaths are to be made in the specified Form-I and Form-II annexed to these rules.
