Oath of office and secrecy requires Chairperson and Members to subscribe to Form I or Form II before assuming office. Every appointee as Chairperson or Member must, before entering office, make and subscribe an oath of office and an oath of secrecy in the prescribed Form I and Form II annexed to the rules.
