Removal of inputs for job work permitted subject to prescribed conditions governing processing, testing, repair or reconditioning. Removal of goods for job work permits inputs received in a factory to be removed as such or after partial processing to a job worker for processing, testing, repair, re conditioning or other purposes, subject to fulfilment of conditions specified by the Principal Commissioner of Central Excise or Commissioner of Central Excise having jurisdiction.
