Disposal of confiscated goods: authorities may sell, destroy or otherwise dispose when fine-in-lieu option is not taken. Where the option to pay a fine in lieu of confiscation has not been exercised, confiscated goods shall be sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of in such manner as the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner may direct.
