of <h1>Manufacturers Can Transfer Semi-Finished Goods for Further Processing Without Duty Payment Under Specified Conditions</h1> The Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Central Excise may authorize a manufacturer to transfer semi-finished excisable goods to another location for further manufacturing processes. These goods can then be returned to the original factory without duty payment or moved to another registered site for export, either with or without duty payment. This procedure is subject to conditions specified by the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner.
