of <h1>Notify Registrar of Share Capital Changes Using Form SH.7; Comply with Rule 15 of 2014 Companies Rules.</h1> When a company alters its share capital as specified in section 61(1), or if the Government orders an increase in authorized capital under section 62(4) and (6), or if redeemable preference shares are redeemed, or if a company without share capital increases its members, it must notify the Registrar. This notification is done by filing Form No. SH.7 along with the required fee, as per Rule 15 of the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014.
