of <h1>Minimum Offer Period Under Section 62 of Companies Law Set at 7 Days, Effective April 1, 2021</h1> For the purposes of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 62 of the Companies Law, as outlined in the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014, the minimum period for making an offer for acceptance is set at not less than seven days from the date of the offer. This provision was inserted through a notification effective from April 1, 2021.
