The Registrar may also engage professionals like chartered accountants and company secretaries to assist in this process. If a Nidhi violates these rules or its founding documents, the Central Government can appoint a Special Officer to manage the company, following government guidelines. Before appointing a Special Officer, the concerned Nidhi must be given an opportunity to be heard by the Central Government.
