          <h1>Filter cigarette length classifications updated; revised tariff duty rates established under schedule amendment for specified tariff items.</h1> Amendment to the Seventh Schedule revises descriptive entries and unit duty rates for tariff items 2402 20 30, 2402 20 40 and 2402 20 50 by defining filter cigarette length bands (filter length measured as 11 millimetres or actual length, whichever is more) and inserts a new tariff item 2402 20 60 for filter cigarettes exceeding 75 mm but not exceeding 85 mm with a prescribed unit rate of duty.
