of <h1>Customs Act Section 127L Amended: Date Reference Removed, Additional Conditions Added to Clauses, Sub-section (2) Omitted</h1> Section 127L of the Customs Act is amended as follows: In sub-section (1), the phrase 'before the 1st day of June, 2007' is removed. In clause (i), additional text is inserted after referencing sub-section (7) of section 127C, specifying conditions as they existed before the commencement of section 102 of the Finance Act, 2007, or sub-section (5) of section 127C. Similarly, clause (ii) receives the same insertion. Sub-section (2) is entirely omitted.
