For tariff item 2402 20 30, the description changes to filter cigarettes not exceeding 60 millimeters, with a duty of Rs. 90 per thousand. Tariff item 2402 20 40 covers cigarettes exceeding 60 but not exceeding 70 millimeters, also at Rs. 90 per thousand. Tariff item 2402 20 50 is for cigarettes exceeding 70 but not exceeding 75 millimeters, with a duty of Rs. 145 per thousand. A new item, 2402 20 60, is added for cigarettes exceeding 75 but not exceeding 85 millimeters, with a duty of Rs. 190 per thousand.
