of <h1>Amendments to Section 32-O of Central Excise Act: Key Phrase Removed, Clauses Updated, and Sub-section Omitted.</h1> Section 32-O of the Central Excise Act is amended by removing the phrase 'before the 1st day of June, 2007' from sub-section (1). In clause (i), additional wording is inserted after 'sub-section (7) of section 32F' to include references to its status before the commencement of section 122 of the Finance Act, 2007 or sub-section (5) of section 32F. Similarly, clause (ii) is amended to include the same references. Sub-section (2) is entirely omitted.
