The amendment introduces Rule 13, which mandates that charge e-forms (CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-8, and CHG-9) for companies under resolution or liquidation be signed by an insolvency resolution professional, resolution professional, or liquidator. Additionally, the amendment replaces the existing forms CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-8, and CHG-9 with new versions. These changes are enacted under the authority granted by specific sections of the Companies Act, 2013.
