Consumers Can File Anti-Profiteering Complaints Online or via Email to National and State Authorities
Aggrieved consumers or suppliers can register complaints against profiteering through various methods. Online complaints can be filed via the National Anti-profiteering Authority's website. Complaints can also be sent via email to specific addresses, depending on whether the issue is of national or local concern. For all-India issues, emails should be sent to the Standing Committee, while state-specific issues should be directed to respective State-Screening Committees. Additionally, complaints can be mailed to the National Anti-profiteering Authority or the Directorate General of Anti-Profiteering at their respective postal addresses in New Delhi.
