of <h1>Nominate Beneficiaries for Kisan Vikas Patra Benefits Under Rule 10A; Changes Require Form C and Re. 1 Stamp.</h1> Under Rule 10A of the Kisan Vikas Patra Rules, 1988, a single or joint holder of a certificate can nominate a person to receive the certificate's benefits upon their death. This nomination can be made at the time of purchase using Form A or later using Form B, but before the certificate matures. Only one nominee is allowed unless the certificate's denomination is Rs. 500 or more. Minors cannot have nominations. Nominations can be canceled or changed with Form C, and a Re. 1 stamp is required, except for the first nomination. Changes are effective upon registration at the Post Office.
