of <h1>Kisan Vikas Patra 2019 account transfers: only eligible transferees, with special rules for death, nominees and pledges.</h1> Permits transfer of a Kisan Vikas Patra Scheme, 2019 account from one individual to another only where the transferee is eligible to open an account under the Scheme, thereby restricting transfers to eligible persons. On death of a sole holder, or of all holders in a joint account, the amount is transferred to legal heirs or nominees, as applicable, thereby vesting entitlement in successors. Where a court so orders, the account is transferred to the court or to another individual in accordance with the order, thereby giving effect to judicial directions. On pledging, the account is transferred as per paragraph 7, thereby aligning transfers with the pledge mechanism. On death of any holder in a joint account, the account is transferred into the name of the surviving holder(s), thereby ensuring continuity in surviving ownership.
