Good faith protection shields officials from legal proceedings for acts performed in discharge of statutory functions. Protection is provided against suits, prosecutions and other legal proceedings directed at the tribunal or its Chairperson, Members, officers or employees for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by acts done or intended to be done in the discharge of functions under the Act, where such acts are done in good faith.
