of <h1>Chairperson and Members of National Tax Tribunal to receive salaries matching Supreme and High Court Judges, with pension adjustments</h1> The Chairperson of the National Tax Tribunal shall receive salary and allowances equivalent to a sitting Supreme Court Judge, without entitlement to vacation, with salary reduced by any pension drawn from prior government service. Members shall receive salary equal to that of a High Court Judge and allowances and conditions similar to a Secretary to the Government of India, with salary similarly reduced by any pension from previous government service. The salary, allowances, and terms of service for both Chairperson and Members cannot be adversely altered after appointment.
