Removal of warehoused goods permitted subject to prescribed conditions; prior permission of the proper officer removed. Clause 134 substitutes section 67 of the Customs Act to provide that the owner of warehoused goods may remove them from one warehouse to another, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, thereby replacing the prior requirement for the proper officer's permission with a conditions-based regulatory regime.
