        Exporters with unrealised proceeds over one year may export only against full advance or an irrevocable letter of credit. Where export proceeds remain unrealised for over one year from the due date of realisation, or beyond any extension allowed by an Authorised Dealer, the exporter may undertake further exports only against full advance payment or an irrevocable Letter of Credit.
