        Exporters may obtain reduction in export realisation from authorised dealers upon justified request and declaration. An Authorised Dealer may permit reduction in export realisation on an exporter's request citing reasons for under realisation or non realisation, provided the dealer is satisfied of those reasons; where the export value is up to Rs. 10 lakh per shipping bill or invoice, such reduction may be permitted based on a declaration from the exporter.
