Quorum for Central Advisory Board meetings requires one-third membership and employer and employee representatives present. Rule 8 requires a quorum of at least one-third of Board members plus at least one employer and one employee representative to transact business; if fewer attend the Chairperson may adjourn to a date within seven days and business may be transacted at the adjourned meeting regardless of attendance, with date, time and place notified electronically or by registered post.
