Regulation 8 permits a GIC Unit to provide services only relating to financial products and financial services to non resident group entities outside FATF high risk jurisdictions, allows up to 10% of revenue from providing services to Indian group entities for delivery from IFSC, requires prior Authority approval for an outside India entity to provide services to Indian group entities from IFSC, and prohibits setting up a GIC in IFSC by transferring existing contracts or work arrangements from Indian group entities.
