GIC units may face enforcement for regulatory breaches but must be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard via written submissions. The Authority may take enforcement action against a GIC Unit for breaches of the Regulations or associated circulars, guidelines or directions, but must first afford the unit a reasonable opportunity of being heard by permitting written submissions before initiating any measure.
