Global in-house centre units must secure Authority registration before operating; applications via SWIT allow 30 days to fix deficiencies. Entities must obtain a certificate of registration from the Authority before commencing GIC activities. Applications are to be submitted through SWIT with requisite documents and fees. If deficiencies are found, the Authority will notify the applicant and allow thirty days to rectify them; applications may be rejected after that period. Rejection cannot occur without giving the applicant a reasonable opportunity to be heard by written submissions.
