Omission of Article 32-A: pending proceedings under Article 32 to be treated as if Article 32-A were never enacted. Omission of Article 32-A is effected by the Constitution (43rd Amendment) Act, 1977; pending proceedings under Article 32 immediately before commencement may be dealt with as if Article 32-A had been omitted with effect from the earlier specified date.
