Servants</h1> Rule 11 of the CCI (Salary, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Other Members) Rules, 2003, provides that the Chairperson and other Members are entitled to medical treatment and hospital facilities under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) similar to those available to retired Government servants. In locations where the CGHS is not operational, they are entitled to facilities under the Central Service (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944.
