of <h1>Rule 5 Omitted: No More Dearness and Compensatory Allowances for CCI Chairperson and Members as of 2009.</h1> Rule 5 of the CCI (Salary, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Other Members) Rules, 2003, which previously allowed the Chairperson and members to receive dearness and compensatory (city) allowances at rates equivalent to Group 'A' Central Government officers, has been omitted. This change was made through Notification No. G.S.R. No. 136(E) dated February 27, 2009.
