of <h1>Conveyance Facilities Rule 10 Omitted for CCI Members as of February 27, 2009, No Vehicle Purchases Allowed</h1> Rule 10 of the CCI (Salary, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Other Members) Rules, 2003, which pertained to conveyance facilities, has been omitted as of February 27, 2009. Previously, it allowed the Chairperson and other members to receive conveyance facilities equivalent to those of Group 'A' officers of the Central Government. It also specified that the Commission could not purchase passenger vehicles, and vehicle requirements were to be met through hiring.
