of <h1>Competition Commission of India members receive 30 days earned leave annually, with benefits under Rule 40, CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972.</h1> The Chairperson and other members of the Competition Commission of India are entitled to thirty days of earned leave for each year of service. Leave salary payments during this period are regulated by rule 40 of the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972. Additionally, they are allowed to encash fifty percent of their accumulated earned leave at any given time.
