Foreign contribution instalment release requires prior utilisation verification and prescribed application before further payments under prior permission.

Foreign contribution exceeding rupees one crore under an application for prior permission may be received in instalments as determined by the Central Government. An association seeking a second or subsequent instalment must apply in Form FC-3BB. Release of further instalments is conditional on utilisation of seventy-five per cent. of the foreign contribution received in the preceding instalment and a field inquiry into that utilisation.
