Suspension of registration certificate restricts use of unutilised foreign contribution; part allowed with government approval, remainder after revocation. Where the certificate of registration is suspended under sub-section (1) of section 13, a limited portion of the unspent foreign contribution may be spent for the declared aims and objects only with prior approval of the Central Government, and the remaining unutilised foreign contribution may be utilised only after revocation of the suspension of the certificate of registration.
