Investigation reporting obligations require agencies to submit periodic status reports to Central Government on entrusted cases. Investigating agencies must submit quarterly reports to the Central Government detailing for each entrusted case the case number, date of registration, date of filing of the charge sheet, the court where filed, trial progress, date of judgment and the conclusion of the case.
