of <h1>Applicants Must Provide Insolvency Resolution Application Copies to Resolution Professional and Board per Rule 9, Sections 94(1)/95(1).</h1> The applicant must supply a copy of the insolvency resolution application for personal guarantors to corporate debtors, as per sections 94(1) or 95(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, to the resolution professional within three days of their appointment under section 97(5). Additionally, a copy must be provided to the Board for its records. This requirement is outlined in Rule 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority for Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Rules, 2019.
