Electronic filing requirement for insolvency applications for personal guarantors with fallback to specified procedural rules. Rule 10 requires that, until dedicated procedural rules are notified, applications under the relevant rules for insolvency resolution of personal guarantors must be filed and dealt with by the Adjudicating Authority according to applicable existing tribunal or debt-recovery procedural rules. It further mandates electronic filing of applications and accompanying documents when the electronic facility is available, and until then permits submission of documents in scanned, legible portable document format on data storage devices acceptable to the Adjudicating Authority.
