of <h1>IBBI Launches Online Submission for Insolvency Applications u/r 9 to Streamline Personal Guarantor Processes.</h1> The circular from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) addresses the requirement under Rule 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Rules, 2019, for applicants to provide a copy of their application for initiating the insolvency resolution process of personal guarantors to corporate debtors to the Board. To facilitate this, the IBBI has introduced an online submission facility on its website, with detailed instructions and formats provided in Annexures A and B. Upon submission, applicants receive an acknowledgment. This initiative aims to streamline the process and ensure compliance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
